**Our Client**
We have been lucky enough to partner with this business for the last decade. They are of exceptional standing in the Mechanical contracting market, with excellent work standards and an enviable family culture. They are growing quickly in Adelaide and require the services of an administration assistant with some experience in the commercial construction field.
**The role on offer**
- Initially in this phase of growth this role is both an office manager and a construction admin assistant. You will perform:
General reception duties
- Arrange couriers
- Provide high quality documents for general correspondence
- Maintain a tidy filing and archiving system
- Collate and ensure sign off on timesheets for payroll processing and job billing
- Assist the Project Management team with admin tasks.
- Assist in the creation of maintenance manuals, OHS Manuals
- Set up jobs in the project management system
- Create purchase orders, monitor variations and order consumables for the office.
- Maintenance of Pronto files

- Previous experience in an administration role in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to compile reports and enter data in excel
- Previous experience in Greenstar, OH&S, labour planning and other construction documents advantageous
- Excellent all round IT skills
- Previous experience with timesheet compilation
