Inside Sales Coordinator

As an Inside Sales coordinator, you will be responsible for exercising initiative and sound judgement, together with significant responsibility under direction from the Supply Chain Manager. You will be responsible for commercial sales administration along with supervising Home use sales & E-commerce. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be expected to assist with a network of dealers and distributors
**Key responsibilities**:
- Compile & assist with tenders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with product forecasting and forward management of inventory
- Aid in the planning, development and delivery of sales strategies
- Aid in the planning, development and delivery of sales strategies
- Assist with planning for delivery & installations in a prompt and professional manner as required
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment using best endeavours to promote, develop & extend the company’s business interests and professional reputation
- Maintain awareness of deleted stock lines, price changes and sale items and communicate to internal and external stake holders
- Ensure that all stock movements and change of status are accurately documented and communicated to appropriate personnel within an appropriate timeframe
