The Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Melbourne-based leadership team and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office. In this exciting and diverse role, no day will be the same. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Melbourne office, working both on a one-on-one basis with the leaders, but also on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders of the business.

**Your day-to-day will involve**:
- Provide high quality, confidential and comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Diary management, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of leadership time.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of CEO Reports, Financial Reports and Board Papers.
- Assist in planning, preparing, and executing monthly Company Townhalls.
- Prepare, coordinate and contribute to writing and reviewing corporate documents such as Board and Executive documentation, correspondence, presentations, policies and guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Act as First Aid Officer, Fire Warden and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) representative for the Melbourne office and ensure the workplace is in compliance with WHS Act.
- Be highly organised, agile and adaptable to changes in priorities.
