**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to work in our Reservoir Regional Office located in Reservoir.
- Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Service Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the rostering and support of a team of Home Care Workers to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time.
**ABOUT YOU**:

Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
