**Position Outcomes**
To provide specialized traffic engineering advice to planners, ensuring statutory planning referral outcomes promote safe and efficient road network usage, leveraging expertise in interpreting SIDRA reports and conducting road safety audits. Additionally, I applied advanced problem-solving skills to facilitate innovative access solutions for development projects, negotiated with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes on arterial road proposals, and collaborated effectively within legislative timeframes to assess traffic engineering aspects of various planning initiatives.
**Key Selection Criteria**

Where guidelines are not available, analyses ideas available and takes action through self, or in consultation with others to resolve problems. - **Innovation and Continuous Improvement (Accomplished)**:Uses understanding of clients or stakeholders’ context to design and help applicants develop innovative access solutions for continuous improvement; Reviews and analyses internal and external information to improve effectiveness and quality of work.
- **Future Focus (Accomplished)**:Understands the broader context when reviewing an issue or problem and supports others to do so. Is future oriented in analysis, thought and action; Actively seeks out new ways to enhance team systems, processes and service delivery.

**Qualifications and Experience**

- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (Transport Engineering) or related discipline.
