**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Team Leaders and Project Lead to provide coordination and strategic support to our project teams to ensure the efficient and effective management of our projects.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cooperate with Team Leaders to clarify the general scope, timeframes, methodology, budget, and resources of each project.
- Coordinate for provision of equipment and manpower required for each project and clarify duties and tasks of the project team.
- Holding regular evaluation meetings with Team Leaders, Retail Design Managers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Owners, Shopfitters, Builders, etc, with our different clients: local like FoodCo, BadWorkwear, Mad Mex, or international clients, like Sharetea, San Churro, Westfield, and more to respond to all project inquiries received and ensure a smooth project progress during each stage and under project’s different guidelines.
- Overseeing external suppliers' products that complement the projects, coordinating the variations markups, and necessary improvements till the documentation matches the requirements of each project.
- Employ AGILE, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies adeptly, fostering adaptive project management, iterative development, and continuous process improvement.
- Utilize Logicgate effectively to manage and update the risk register, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of potential risks and robust mitigation plans throughout project cycles.
- Leveraging Human Performance Improvement methodologies, Work Breakdown Structures, and WIP management.
- Optimized project workflows, enhancing productivity and ensuring streamlined project execution while meeting project deadlines.
- Preparing, reviewing, and organizing the submissions and package of documents concerning every project as well as reporting weekly to the Director, the current state or outcome of every project and every client.

**ACADEMICS AND TRADES QUALIFICATION**

An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 2 years of relevant full-time experience, or 3 years full-time relevant experience in lieu of Qualifications.

**WORK EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS**
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget
- Ability to motivate a team and make sound decisions
- Motivated to achieve targets and foster a good team environment

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
