We are experienced in commercial, industrial and residential projects which including multi-level apartment, different type of factory, clinics, office development, townhouse development and landscaping. We are looking for experienced Civil Engineering Technician to join our team. The purpose of the Civil Engineering Technician is to provide technical support to engineers, project managers, and other technicians in the design of civil engineering projects including field investigations, special studies, estimating projects, construction inspection, and specification development for a regional utility organization. The Civil Engineering Technician will conceive, design, build, supervise, operate, construct, and maintain infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector, including roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment.

**Tasks Include;**
- Developing engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts and sketches for civil engineering works such as
- drainage, water supply, sewerage reticulation systems, roads, airports, dams, bridges and other structures
- Preparing construction specifications for architects and engineers on projects, ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions
- Conducting field surveys to collect data on site conditions and carry out computations
- Conducting lab tests and analysis of materials & soils, ensuring all project materials meet quality and safety standards
- Estimating construction costs for constructing systems and operating facilities
- Coordinating project schedules and guiding construction
- Preparing reports and documenting project activities and data, setting up and helping maintain project files and records
- Conducting on-site inspections for construction projects, ensuring work is being completed in accordance with safety standards and contract specifications
- Organizing and supervising maintenance and repair work
