You’ll be working as part of a tight-knit team on the Loyalty program for a leading food retail brand, handling all of the member communications. Working with the Data team, you’ll use insights to shape campaign objectives and briefs across the customer lifecycle. You’ll then work with creative partners to develop compelling, cut-through communications across multiple channels - mainly Digital but also through some offline channels. You’ll review campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to the team, continually refining campaigns to optimise results. The role involves broad stakeholder engagement, working with multiple project teams, both internally and externally so you’ll strong communication skills. Most importantly you’ll have superior campaign management skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and sticking to budgets.
Ideally you should have at least three years experience in campaign management, either on the client-side or in an agency, with a deep understanding of data-driven communications. You may have worked on retail, telco or financial services brands, and be comfortable in a busy, dynamic environment.
