**Your New Role**
As our new CRM & Loyalty Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and enhancing loyalty. This hands on role focuses on launching and managing our loyalty program, crafting data-driven CRM campaigns, and delivering personalised customer experiences that keep our audience engaged and coming back for more.
This role is highly collaborative, working across teams such as Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all customer touchpoints. You’ll combine your expertise in loyalty programs with strong analytical and creative skills to deliver campaigns that strengthen customer connections and achieve measurable results.
**Your Day to Day**
- Oversee the loyalty program, including daily operations, promotions, and point redemptions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to craft compelling, on-brand campaign messaging.
- Build customer segments using data to deliver targeted and relevant communications.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaigns and improve performance metrics.
- Track and analyse campaign results to identify trends and improve strategies.
- Recommend and implement loyalty program enhancements to boost customer engagement.
- Provide regular performance reports and post-campaign insights to the Leadership Team.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience at all touchpoints.
**What You Need**
- Knowledge of loyalty program structures, customer engagement strategies, and reward systems.
- Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and customer data segmentation tools.
- Skilled at analysing campaign performance and optimising tactics for better results.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills for cross-functional projects.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Ability to identify trends and quickly adjust strategies in a fast-paced environment.
