About the role.

Reporting to the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion, with matrix reporting to the ANZ Chief Executive Officer and partnering with the ANZ Head of HR and other Senior Leaders, you will provide insights around global and local DE&I best practices, trends, benchmarks, and competitor initiatives. The role will be a key engagement partner focused externally on securing and maintaining client contracts through showcasing internal programs that have made an impact on our corporate social responsibility goals. Internally, the role will consult with the ANZ Leadership team to continue building an inclusive and diverse culture and workforce through the DE&I committees and business representative groups (BRG’s).

This is both an externally and internally focused role and provides leadership challenge and stakeholder engagement prioritisation, while holding both the strategic long-term view and delivering operationally day to day. Partnering across all lines of business, you will inspire and lead by influencing enthusiastic state and national DE&I champions, to deliver initiatives, programs, events and results across all DE&I pillars. Partnerships with Clients, Suppliers, and government regulators will also be key and meeting government regulatory reporting requirements also expected.

About you.

Drawing on your significant experience immersed in the DE&I world driving change and transformational projects in a corporate environment, you will engage your passion for DE&I and produce and deliver strategic programs such as our RAP, WGEA reporting, and GPTW certification, while providing advice and guidance to our BRG State and National teams to deliver community participation and celebrations, while driving the achievement, with our leaders, for our DE&I goals.
