Permanent HR Manager role with a professional services firm in Melbourne CBD. 140-150K base.

**Your new company**

You will join a leader in their market in a professional services firm. Based in Melbourne CBD, this employer requires a Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis to lead the Human Resources function for the Melbourne and Perth office offices. You are expected to be on-site 5 days for this opportunity.

**Your new role**

In your role as HR Manager, you will work closely with your counterpart in Sydney and report to the Principal of People and Culture in Melbourne. You will be across all HR functions in your office and also be responsible for the recently established Perth office where travel will be expected. You will train, coach and develop staff and must have up-to-date knowledge and experience of interrupting modern awards. You will also work closely alongside the Payroll Manager to ensure colleagues are paid correctly under the correct modern award.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You must have demonstrated experience in an HR Manager role completing performance and salary reviews, training staff and coaching managers. You will have experience handling payroll in a previous role and be responsible for over 100 staff across 2 locations. Be a team player, collaborate with your counterpart in Sydney and Principal of People and Culture and also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up to get stuck into the work.
