**About the role**:
Are you ready to make an impact on millions of customers each week? At Coles, we’re passionate about delivering our Own Brand products - from everyday essentials to indulgent treats - that Australians know and love.

As Brand Manager, you’ll be part of our innovative and customer-led Own Brand Marketing team, driving growth across a portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll shape strategies, identify customer and market opportunities, and collaborate with our agency partners to deliver game-changing results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the development of brand plans to drive growth and innovation.
- Build compelling brand identities and guardrails that deliver impact, consistently
- Use customer insights and market trends to shape brand strategy.
- Partner with agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that cut through.
- Influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Develop initiatives to build advocacy for Own Brand through lead programs & partnerships.

**About you and your skills**:
You’re a customer-obsessed marketing pro with 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG or retail.

**You’ll also have**:

- Strong brand management and strategy expertise.
- Sharp analytical and financial acumen (including budget management).
- A knack for spotting trends and translating insights into action.
- Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
