**About the Team**:
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an ASX 50-backed joint venture with Coles. **About the Role**:
In this role you will support the development and implementation of business’s merchandise strategy, particularly the merchandising and pricing strategy reporting into the Head of Commercial.

You will plan, manage and deliver E2E Swaggle’s customer promotional calendar in line with the strategy, this includes recommending and implementing the pricing strategy to ensure sales targets are met.

You will manage daily price matches with Swaggle’s in house pricing tool and ensure pricing compliance is upheld at all times. This includes developing an exit strategy for unsuccessful pricing / promotional strategies or recommending new strategies in an exciting yet competitive market.

You will be required to collect and analyse sales / market data in order to generate insights regarding the popularity of brands and customer insights. You will also be required to identify Swaggle’s opportunity to compete/differentiate in the market across range architecture, pricing and auto-delivery.

You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet the planned objectives ,deliver the Swaggle product roadmap and develop strong effective marketing plans. This includes leading the implementation and adoption of new tech releases or initiatives which are provided to the merchandise team.

Supplier relationship management is a key requirement, and you will be required to prepare supplier briefs for campaigns, events or new product (tech) rollouts which impact suppliers. You will work collaboratively with suppliers to manage the launch of new products, speed to market and competitive pricing and build supplier relationships based on open, transparent and fair dealings.

Pricing strategy experience is preferred for this role

**About you and your skills**:

- Minimum 3 years in a category or broader business leadership role
- Experience in understanding and management of P&L
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to summarise large quantities of data
- Previous experience in writing and presenting category strategy
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Experience in supplier management
- People management, coaching or mentoring experience
- Strong preference for Pet & E-commerce experience
- Passion for delivering the best for customers
- Ability to work autonomously and in a flat, fast moving environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong commercial mindset
