About the Role.
The Brand & Campaign Lead is responsible for planning and executing compelling and engaging marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand to engage our large customer audience within Bunnings Warehouse. This includes leading a small team to independently create insights led agency briefs, develop multi-channel marketing plans for key campaigns throughout the year, as well as executing tactical marketing activities that support the growth of the business.
Reporting to the Brand & Campaigns Manager, this role will also support the broader team across a variety of executional marketing tasks.
What's involved.- Work with media and digital marketing teams to create effective channel strategies to maximize customer reach and drive efficiencies- Collaborate with the content team in developing and delivering relevant content strategies to drive engagement and build brand connection with DIY audience- Assist the content team in developing and delivering relevant retail customer content strategies to drive engagement and build brand connection- Champion strategies that enhance personalisation through programmatic channels, eDM program and marketing tactics that promote a digital first approach- Provide direct reports with guidance and support on problem solving, asset delivery and approvals- Coach and train team in essential campaign management skills- Work collaboratively across different marketing functions, leading agile sessions to generate campaign ideas and help keep campaigns moving forward- Raise any PO’s required for campaigns and ensure expenditure in line with campaign forecast.
You’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Development or relevant studies- A minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or in a similar marketing role preferred- Experience in team leadership or leading projects- Strong understanding of campaign development process and how to independently lead campaign processes- Ability to create comprehensive agency briefs to deliver desired outcomes- Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing channel production- Experience managing high-profile end-to-end projects that involve multiple stakeholders- Excellent verbal and written communication- Be a trusted and relied upon leader within the team and department.
