A fresh opportunity as Marketing Manager has arisen within our passionate and close-knit Own Brand Marketing team.

**This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract**

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be assigned a portfolio of brands & category acceleration to deliver the Own Brand strategy for growth.

**You’ll also**:

- Work with creative and design agencies to develop new brands & existing brand extensions from concepts through to final brand & design guidelines to support growth opportunities.
- Partner with the merchandise team on the right go-to-market strategy for Own Brand products and brands.
- Manage integrated marketing campaign development working in collaboration with owned media channel leads, central brand and media team, and agencies.
- Develop initiatives to drive team member advocacy for Coles Own Brand Products, working in collaboration with Business Units & Operations.

**About you and your skills**:
With 4+ years of Brand / Marketing Manager experience, you’re an integrated marketer and come from a fast-paced Retail/FMCG/agency background. Proactive and resilient, you love variety, working on multiple projects with many stakeholders and building brands customers love.

**You’ll also have**
- Experience and leadership of cross functional teams across stakeholder in multiple departments
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent project management, time planning, and organisational skills
- An analytical and curious mind
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
