Seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to join their team on a 12 month, part time maternity leave contract (approx. 22 hours per week). You will be welcomed into the team and given all the tools to succeed in the role.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Reconciliation and coding of factory timesheets to open jobs
- Entering of data to assist with transition to the new ERP system
- Scanning information into the system including purchase orders, job cards, delivery dockets and timesheets
- Ordering consumables and office supplies
- Filing and data management
- General adhoc duties as required
Ideally you will have the following experience and capabilities:
- Competent with IT software and systems, experience with accounting software is valued. Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Wiise is desirable.
- Previous experience in working in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with time and task management skills
To be successful in this role you must be willing to commit to a 12 month contract and take pride in being a team player.
