Our client is looking for an **Account Manager** to manage a construction based portfolio and contribute to the overall success of their quickly growing brokerage.
**Who will you be working with?**

**What will you be doing?**
- Management of a portfolio of construction-based clients, with a particular emphasis on profitable growth
- Managing the claims process and liaising with the claims manager for more complex claims
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Insurers and other individuals working within the Insurance market
- Keeping clients fully briefed throughout the year on market trends and how they may be affected
- Developing and maintaining regular contact with “A” list clients throughout the year, including site visits
- Mentoring junior professionals
**What do you need?**
- Account management experience from a broking environment
- Experience with construction clients and products
- High level of customer service and communication
- Eagerness to learn and progress
- Ability to work well in a team environment
