Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will support the growth and development of the business through managing the relationship, growth and satisfaction of our key distribution partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting of our goods and services
- Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets
- Create consumer awareness and effectively promote the benefits of our goods and services
- Advise on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
- Manage, develop and drive growth with our major retail distribution partners
- Lead the day to day ongoing relationship lead of retail partners, including sales management, promotion, inventory management, and issue avoidance and resolution
- Develop and implement a business plan in line with our corporate strategy to drive Blackhawk Network forward in your channel
- Ensure delivery of Profit & Sales targets
- Build awareness and inspire Retail Partners to promote Blackhawk Network products and maintain a core range for sales growth in conjunction with the Sales team
- Lead the Roll-out of new retail Digital Programs- Work with the Sales, Marketing and Business Development Managers to develop bespoke products and solutions for the best in market execution of gift card and payment solutions to retail partners
Qualifications:
- Experience in business management, sales, or account management working across a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of Gift Card, Prepaid, and Telco business
- Proven track record of successfully influencing in a matrixed organization
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships
- Extensive planning and organisation skills
- Strategic, collaborative outlook
