About the Business:
Our client are a leading GOC QLD based energy provider. The specialise not only in power delivery but also in Telecommunication and network infrastructure.
**About the role**:
Due to an increase in project delivery there has been a requirement for the service desk team to grow. The role will see you as the first point of call for IT issues and enquiries. You will work to resolve basic IT issues and gain experience in an enterprise level IT environment.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Experience in answering IT service desk calls
- Basic Active Directory skills
- Service Now or other ITSM tools
- Strong customer service skills
