**Responsibilities include**:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Co-ordination of general office maintenance
- General administration office duties such as general typing, photocopying,scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing etc
- Daily process of mail and banking
- Provide administrative support to the sales and property management team
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position ideally within the realestate/property industry
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Professional communication both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- Corporate, professional presentation
- Agent's Representative Certificate or currently studying this preferable
