We currently have a position available for a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to join our team in ARMADALE.
**The position involves**:
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Greeting students
- Incoming and outgoing phone contact
- Responsible for the presentation and upkeep of the campus
- Processing of daily student attendance records and following up on absentees
- Data entry, record keeping, filing
- General administrative tasks
**Essential qualities**:
- Bubbly personality
- Customer service focused
- Attention to detail
- Multitasker
- A real team player
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Sound IT knowledge
