**Who are we after?**

We are on the hunt for an empathetic and compassionate person who has loves providing a high standard of customer service and providing people real help.

This role will require you to be the face of the team at the front reception desk as part of our Central Admin team where you will be an advocate for our program for the residents and their families. It is integral that you have a high level of confidentiality and understanding privacy of others. You will coordinate all front-desk reception activities, housekeeping and other tasks to help expand the health services we provide, from administrative support to financial management support.

**Whats the main role?**
- Client Relationship Management and reception duties
- Dealing with prospective clients and families emotion
- Billing, invoicing and payments via Xero
- General housekeeping and presentation, ensuring the office day to day operations are completed
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, office environment and operational requirements, etc.

**About you, what are we looking for**
- Excellent phone and customer service skills and the ability to liaise and manage communication
- Experience working as an Office Administration or Executive Assistant or a similar role
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex work both for yourself and with others
- Intermediate use of Office 365 programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Health services or mental health experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure/stress and meet demands and emotions
- Current and valid Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Current and valid Police Check and Working with Children Check

**It would be great if you had an;**
- Understanding of community services and AOD support
- Prior experience and skills in Mental health and Risk assessments

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 - 38 per week
