Seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join a large State Government Department in Nedlands

**Your new company**

We are looking for an experienced administration Coordinator to join a large State Government department located in Nedlands. This role requires you to work full-time hours Monday to Friday, on an initial temporary basis with potential extensions. To start immediately.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate and support a team of clerical staff
- Coordinate personnel contracts
- Rostering
- Complaints management
- Draft executive letters
- Coordinate meetings, create agendas and minute take
- Oversee the Director's diary
- Ad hoc admin tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous administration and management experience would be beneficial.
- Experience in an office manager or similar role would be helpful.
- A high level of organisation and the ability to think on your feet
- Must be comfortable in a higher pressure, busy environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and WebPass
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)

- Located close to bus transport links - with a Free CAT bus from the CBD
- Base rate + 11% super
