**Your new role**
**The Project Officer is a vital member of the Project Management Office. They will will drive and coordinate activities that support various team members to enable the successful implementation of common corporate platforms across government.**
**What you'll need to succeed
- Drive and coordinate activities that support various program members to enable the successful implementation of common corporate platforms across government including aligned people policies, processes and technology.
- Provide project coordination and support to the CCP program team including coordination of program meetings and workshops, managing program mailboxes and maintaining team task planners.
- **Provide support to various program committees and working groups including organising meetings and agendas, distributing papers, taking minutes and tracking actions.**

- **Responsible for storing and organising all relevant documentation, maintaining accurate databases and information management systems.**

- **Maintain and develop collaborative and strategic relationships with key stakeholders including management, executive support staff, departmental staff and other agencies to arrange meetings, collect information and provide advice as required.**
