Major Federal Government Organization looking for an experienced Project Officer (UX/ Service Design skills)
**Your new company**
You will be working with a well-established Federal Government Organization, responsible for delivering a range of welfare payments, health insurance payments, child support payments and other support services to citizens and the community.
You will assist in the creation of future state strategies for the agency’s digital Medicare claiming channels and related digital access solution(s). This will include conducting research, leading user workshops and mapping the customer experience in both current state and proposed future state systems.
**Your new role**
**As an APS6 Project Officer (with UX/ Service Design skills) you will**:
- Perform independent research and analysis
- ** Design and conduct user research with UX participants**:
- Develop and manage service blueprints and design plans
- Highly developed written communication skills, including designing visual models to communicate complex information
- Support development of the future state strategy to meet the project and business area requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify Pain/Gain points and opportunities, ensuring timely creation of projects documents to achieve project outcomes
- Identify and assist with the management of project issues, risks and benefits
- Represent the team or work area in discussions with internal and external counterparts
- Contribute to project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose
- Administrative assistance to the project and section as required
