We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
**As a Proactive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for**:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to attract new business and retain existing clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for business expansion
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and leads generated through various channels
- Negotiating contracts, rates, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance to the management team
- Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
