**Who We're Looking For**
CorePlan is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and report directly to the Head of Sales. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales excellence, ensuring process adherence, and developing our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
A process-driven sales leader who can implement and maintain sales best practices while developing a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sales operation, ensuring consistent execution of our sales methodology and maintaining high standards of pipeline management.
**Responsibilities**
Sales Process & Pipeline Management- Drive consistent execution of CorePlan's sales methodology across the team-
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales forecasting sessions-
- Lead weekly deal reviews to provide strategic guidance and remove obstacles-
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates across all sales activities-
- Implement and maintain sales dashboards and reporting systemsTeam Development & Coaching- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions with sales representatives-
- Review call recordings and provide constructive feedback-
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing guidance for improvement-
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs-
- Share best practices and successful strategies across the teamSales Operations- Collaborate with Head of Sales to refine and optimize sales processes-
- Maintain and update sales playbooks and documentation-
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment-
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and team performance-
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions**Qualifications and Fit**- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience-
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies-
- 2+ years of sales management or team lead experience-
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets-
- Strong experience with CRM systems and sales tools-
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities-
- Data-driven approach to decision making-
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills**Our Culture**
