We're seeking an experienced Casual Medical Receptionist to join our Robina practice, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced front desk environment.

This key team member will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, collecting and entering patient details, and performing various administrative duties as needed.

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals alike.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • A keen eye for detail and proficiency in data entry systems, such as Pracsoft/Medtech (an advantage).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
