**About the Role**:
As our Injury Management & Wellbeing Partner, you'll play a vital role in optimising workers' compensation outcomes and coordinating various wellbeing initiatives. From developing case management strategies to fostering positive stakeholder relationships, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our employees’ ability to adopt a balanced and positive approach to work.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement effective case management strategies.
- Coordinate health programs and campaigns to promote wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the intention of influencing positive outcomes.
- Utilise and implement your knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Contribute to policy development and ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate your excellent communication skills through written reports and submissions.
- Utilise your organisational and time management skills to achieve results.
- Support our commitment to quality housing and ensure a safe working environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable role.
- Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation legislation.
- Knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Maturity, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
