Customer Support Administrator

Fortress is seeking a seasoned customer service professional to ensure the smooth running of our large, high volume repair facility. You will provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to customers and supporting the production team.
**The role**
- Provide timely customer contact and effective follow through communications
- Book repairs and assist with schedule management
- Liaise with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
- Timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of records
- General reception and office management duties
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment. Insurance and/or automotive industry experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Experience with body shop management systems (I-Body advantageous).

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
