Founded over 30 years ago to meet the needs of people with disabilities, your new employer has grown and diversified. Having recently acquired a Maitland based business, they are seeking a P&C professional to provide strategic operational support and advice for a workforce of 160 employees who empower people in our community who have additional needs by supporting inclusion.

YOUR NEW ROLE
- Provide generalist support to Senior Leaders and the P&C Team.
- Assist in the improvement and development of the HRIS systems and practices.
- Manage and undertake workplace investigations, disciplinary and performance management, and the grievance processes in consultation with the P&C Senior Leader.
- Ensure all workers compensation and return to work is managed to achieve the best outcomes.
- Manage the recruitment of new employees, interviewing alongside hiring managers and attending events such as University open days to attract talent.

ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in providing people and culture advice and coaching to people at various levels of an organisation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Fair Work Australia industry relations laws and framework.
- Strong understanding of Workers Compensation, Injury Management regulations, and Return to Work.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise.
