Compliance and Systems Manager

**Your new company**

An independent long-term investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure are looking for either a Compliance and Systems Coordinator/ Manager to join their team in Epping on a fix-term basis until March 2024.

Specialising in public-private partnerships, local development and asset management, they have more than US$51 billion worth of assets under management across North America, Australia and the UAE.

They have holistic approach that embraces project finance, design and construction, complementary commercial development and ongoing management and operations.

**Your new role**

This position has responsibility for the management and implementation of effective compliance systems and processes to meet (MMA) business objectives.

A key responsibility of the role is to support team members to achieve ongoing compliance with policies, procedures, processes and systems.

The Compliance and Systems Coordinator is the primary point of contact for document control, compliance, safety, risk, quality and environmental-related requirements for the Services under the Facilities Management Agreement (FMA).

**What you'll need to succeed**

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Working experience in risk/WHS/quality management or equivalent industry experience in a similar risk and compliance role (minimum 3 years)
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety, Risk, Quality and Environmental workplace legislation, standards and other requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**DESIRABLE**:

- Lead Internal Auditors (WHS or similar) Qualification
- Demonstrated time management skills, strong reporting and attention to detail
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team
- A can-do positive and proactive approach
- Subcontractor management experience is desirable.
