**What you'll be doing**

The ISLHD Locum Agency VMS Implementation Officer is responsible for the implementation and support of the Litmus Vendor Management System (VMS) to Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
The Litmus VMS will support ISLHD in conducting the medical locum recruitment process in compliance with the NSW Health Policy Directive, in streamlining business processes and supporting financial management and reporting. The VMS will also enable the storage of data on medical locums and the management of Medical Locum Agencies.
The ISLHD Locum Agency VMS Implementation Officer will support implementation of the software, with coordination with Litmus Workforce Solutions, Illawarra Local Health District Management and users and IT administrators. The ISLHD Locum Agency VMS Implementation officer will also be responsible for the coordination of training and education and ongoing support.
The engagement of Agency Locums via the LITMUS Vendor Management System Platform is to ensure optimal performance and costs for ISLHD. This includes running regular reporting, frequent agency engagement and enforcing Service level Agreements (SLA) terms and conditions with engaged agencies.
The position will also work with Medical Rostering Clerks to ensure optimisation of existing resources.
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.
