**What you'll be doing**

Support frontline staff to help Consumers in accessing services they would benefit from.
Liaison with Community Managed Organisations (CMOs) funded through NSW Health and administered through ISLHD in the provision of community managed mental health services to consumers of ISLHD.
Liaison with National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and CMOs in monitoring and ensuring that people with a disability associated with a mental illness who are eligible for NDIS are transitioned into the scheme.

**This is a temporary Part time 15 hours per week leave relief position until 30 June 2024 with the possibility of extension.**

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (2 doses) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in a health related field and/or relevant experience.
- Experience in the public mental health sector and/or community sector management (mental health).
- Demonstrated knowledge of State and Commonwealth Mental Health, Housing, Disability and NDIS policies and strategic priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a multidisciplinary context.
- Demonstrated highly developed written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level computer skills.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
