Fire protection business located in the Shire.
**THE POSITION**:
This position is varied, rewarding and requires high energy. No two days will be the same. Supporting the management team and sales staff with all administration functions.
Training will be provided however you will need to think for yourself, cross check your work and be confident in your own abilities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet & greet customers visiting the office
- Customer service
- Invoicing
- Field sales calls and pass onto management
- Provide specifications on products
- Assist with order processing
- Upkeep of office supplies & kitchen
- General administration duties
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- High energy, enthusiastic and generally a happy person
- Intermediate MS Office
- MYOB experience, highly regarded
- Willingness to learn & grow with the business
- Reliable and hard working
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
**HOURS**:Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
**SALARY**:$60-70K + Super (Depending on experience)
