**Job Description**:
An opportunity has arisen for an entry level assistant to join our highly successful relationship management division within our Residential team.

Based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, this role will see you assist in managing the ongoing relationships with external stakeholders.

Working closely with our Directors of the business and Project Managers, you will play a key role in assisting our external real estate sales agents to make sales in various apartments projects through effective customer service as well as fostering existing and new relationships.

Working in a highly successful and driven team, this role will see you utilise your relationship building skills coupled with training on understanding the sales and contract administration process.

You will successfully achieve this by:

- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships that provides a platform for external sales agents to make sales in allocated projects
- Assist in presenting to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects and be the ‘go to person’ for all queries
- Assist in the sales process and assist agents as required
- Assist in the coordination of agent events to promote allocated projects
- Maintain and promote Colliers projects and brand

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, to be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong relationship building and management skills
- Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills; and
- Proactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.

Desired but not a necessity:

- Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence.
- Basic knowledge of Melbourne property market and/or off the plan project sales.
