**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic, and passionate People and Culture Training Coordinator to join our vibrant team Be part of our high-performing team, where innovation and energy drive us forward. We are looking for someone to support our people's initiatives and help shape the future of our talented Sales team. If you're a creative go-getter who's passionate about crafting an outstanding Employee Experience, we would love to connect with you

**Day to day you will**:

- Assist in coordinating our Sales Academy, developing innovative eLearning modules and organising online and face-to-face learning experiences.
- Manage onboarding and exit activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of the entire employee lifecycle.
- Drive internal Health & Wellbeing initiatives in partnership with Sales Health & Wellbeing ambassadors.
- Enhance the Sales team's employee experience by collaborating with Sales Leaders and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Support the People & Culture team with projects, data analysis, and have active involvement in new and annual initiatives e.g. remuneration program.
- Curate and maintain relevant information on the Sales Intranet portal.

**A bit about you**:
You will be in the early years of your career and be looking for your next opportunity in a unique role where you can build on your passion and experience in P&C. More importantly, we are looking for someone that has the right skills and attitudes:

- Passion and interest in the People and Culture or L&D space
- Experience in an administration or coordinator position, or explore a lateral move from a Sales Coordinator role.
- Human Resources Degree is advantageous
- Experience implementing projects effectively and efficiently
- Exposure to HR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Enthusiastic and innovative in generating fresh concepts, consistently enhancing the initiatives we implement
- Seamless communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships
- Thrive in a fast paced, high energy, fun environment
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude in approaching tasks and challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a fantastic team
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
