An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Manager, Engagement.** The role provides leadership of critical stakeholder engagement programs and provision of specialist engagement consultancy services and advice.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Previous experience leading, supporting and providing advice on strategic stakeholder engagement, including managing associated policy and program development, as well as providing succinct reports and briefings to senior executives in government or the private sector.
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of all relevant aspects of stakeholder engagement including best practices to maintain strong social licence to operate, managing projects that deliver social engagement outcomes and creation of new engagement strategies.
- Demonstrable ability to design and implement complex and strategic engagement approaches to deliver organisational objectives including collection and analysis of stakeholder data.
- Demonstrates high level interpersonal skills, interacting confidently and employing astute perception with strong listening and questioning skills and develops relationships and networks with key industry stakeholders, including Aboriginal leaders to support a client services culture.
- Communicates clearly, engenders trust and rapport, and develops networks and relationships with key industry, government and community stakeholders to drive and achieve cooperation and mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Project Management, or another discipline that specialises in stakeholder engagement.

**Remuneration**:
ASO8 $119,317 - $123,822 per annum
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
