The Opportunity

This is an exciting role within our P&C team, reporting to the Reward & Performance Lead. Based in Melbourne, you will be part of our growth and major HR systems upgrade.

  • You will provide support to the Group Reward & Performance team and contribute to the Annual Performance and Reward Review process.
  • You will provide reporting and analysis, particularly in Excel, and work with large amounts of sensitive data for salary surveys, benchmarking, and annual reviews.
  • You will regularly audit remuneration data to ensure accuracy in payroll and HR systems and investigate any discrepancies.
  • You will provide day-to-day support to the business on performance and remuneration-related issues and queries, taking an active support role in remuneration activities such as remuneration reviews, incentive payments, and graduate/intern rate reviews.
  • You will provide Australian-specific reporting and guidance on WGEA and assist in delivering the end-of-year Performance and Remuneration cycle.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a tertiary-qualified professional with a degree in Commerce or a related field. Your experience in corporate performance and rewards, awards, and benefits would be highly regarded, especially if you've worked in a similar position before.

You will thrive in our collaborative environment, building positive relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. A naturally analytical mind, paired with excellent communication skills, will serve you well in this role.

About the Role

This challenging but rewarding position comes with a competitive salary ranging from AUD $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
