My client is an insurance leader on the search to recruit 10 new positions in the new year
If you have been working in a customer service role and struggling to get your foot in the door in an office environment, this could be the opportunity for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product information queries
- Provide pricing and catalogue information
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up
- Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries
- Accurately enter customer information into internal databases
- Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers

- Strong focus on customer experience
- Exceptional customer service skills both written and over the phone
- Enthusiasm and passion for providing top class customer service
- Display eagerness and willingness to learn
- Must be permanent resident | Fully vaccinated
