We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to form our Contact Centre Team in our new Brisbane office. These permanent, full time opportunities will enable you to learn and develop while gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the banking and finance industry. Contact Centre Consultants are responsible for handling inbound enquiries and performing transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage customer queries in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional service to customers, often being a first point of contact for queries
- Identify opportunities to assist customers with the bank’s range of products and services
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our customers’ experience
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries and welcome new customers to the bank.

- Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- The ability to determine priorities and follow processes
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask and problem solve

**Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. Availability during these hours is required.
