**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture you will play a key role in a small, highly motivated team working across all areas of the P&C function, supporting the School and its people to meet our business objectives.

Your accountabilities will include:

- Providing administrative support across the full employee life cycle from end-to-end recruitment support, assisting with coordination of annual people processes, our employee benefits programs to onboarding activities
- Supporting managers and employees by responding to queries and providing advice
- Collaborating with the P&C team and other stakeholders across the School to develop, implement and innovate new and existing HR processes
- HRIS administration, payroll processing, preparation of people dashboards and board reports
- Maintaining and improving the integrity and relevance of internal processes and systems

**About you**

Highly motivated and engaged, you possess demonstrated recent administrative experience in a HR/P&C team, preferably in a dynamic environment in the professional services or education sector. You are also passionate about supporting excellence in employee experience and customer service to all stakeholders.

This will be accompanied by:

- Experience in supporting recruitment activities and providing advice to managers and employees
- HRIS and payroll experience
- Excellent administrative skills, highly computer literate and strong process orientation
- Highly competent across MS Office Suite particularly in PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Forward-thinking with a high level of initiative
