**A role with unique responsibilities**
Our Human Resources Business Partner plays a significant role in working collaboratively with our Sydney Ultrasound for Women (NSW) and Monash Ultrasound for Women (VIC) leadership teams to drive engagement and evolution of our culture through ongoing development and end to end HR practices. As a Business Partner you will assess and anticipate HR-related needs, and, through key partnerships across the organisation you will deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the organisations vision and strategy. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer you will:

- Supporting the SUFW & MUFW leadership teams on all people related matters
- Providing business-focused, operational advice and coaching
- Interpreting and advising on HR policies and employment legislation
- Embracing and supporting the Group HR strategy
- Provide analysis and insights on people related data that will assist with the development and evaluation of key people actions and initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and generalist experience in Human Resources
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organisational, and analytical skills
- Interpersonal savvy - listening, responding, and building rapport across diverse groups
- A willingness to support in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Values; Care, Collaborate, Communicate, Commitment, and Create
