This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). You will be responsible for supporting the success of accounting and

bookkeeping firms (collectively ‘advisors’) as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients. You will do this by creating sales-ready leads for our Partner Managers through your understanding of how accountants and bookkeepers work, and the challenges they face. You’ll be a key member of a team of Partner Managers who are truly advisor obsessed and driven to delight with every interaction. You will have a background in phone based selling. Data hygiene matters, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM enables efficiency and advisor delight right across the team. The role will involve balancing attention between reactive qualification and lead development and proactive research and enrichment that is all part of delivering the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Adoption and Success Management - Support customers gain value from the product / service. Including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
