About the Role
A part time, fixed term opportunity is currently available at District 15 Ballarat, through to December 2024. The position is offering a total of 14 hours per week withsome after hours and weekend work required.
This position provides administrative support to a number of volunteer fire brigades to ensure their capacity and viability is maintained in the community.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating daily administrative duties which contribute to the support of volunteer groups who service our community.
- Word processing and records management.
- Coordinating meetings, fundraising events and volunteer recruitment activities.
- Support to District 15 Brigades.

About You
A full driver's licence is required, and a pool vehicle will be supplied as required, for use by the successful applicant.
