Where Your Story Begins
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Support Officer to join us at our Ballarat Plant.

Working under the leadership and guidance of the Support Services Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to provide support to the manufacturing and warehousing operations with a primary focus on maintaining stock control and quality of paper held in the paper shed.


Additionally, this role is responsible for all payroll (production and maintenance) and provide admin support for training, production data recording and warehouse receipting.


Key focuses & responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of payroll including verifying daily absences and work hours
  • Manage Papershed stock and quality ensuring age limitations are not exceeded
  • Participate in processes and identify opportunities for improvement to promote inventory accuracy
  • Communicate across all levels of the organisation to identify root causes of inventory errors and eliminate their source
  • Participating in required business stocktakes.
  • Support raw board warehouse in stock receipting and inventory management
  • Collaborate with peers to identify and overcome inventory challenges
  • Accurate entry of production data
  • Upkeep of training data and site matrix maintenance
  • Contribute to a safe, values based workspace and induction of new starters
  • Use of the following systems: Kronos, ASW and BPCS.
