**About the Role & Team**:
City of Melbourne Libraries provide services online and from six locations with a purpose to support our city, and everyone in it, to learn, create and contribute to our rapidly changing world. We continue to go from strength to strength to enhance our community, visitors and staff to stay connected to learning, their community and each other.

Join our dynamic team as a **Toy Library Assistant** and be at the heart of delivering top-notch, customer-centric toy library services in our Hotham Hub and the Chapel

Your focus will be on championing our toy library services, bringing joy and educational resources to children and families. Elevate the community experience by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every library user has a positively memorable encounter. Your role is pivotal in not just supporting, but actively enriching our community through access to tools and delightful experiences for the younger generation.

- **What you will bring to City of Melbourne**
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers in a service-oriented capacity, library or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with high level literacy, numeracy, technology and information retrieval skills
- Ability to develop, deliver and manage high quality customer service to all sections of the community, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds and all abilities
