We are a relatively new Allied Health practice located in North Parramatta, comprised of Speech, OT, Psychology, and other Allied Health services. We provide our clients with a holistic approach to their care in a client-centered environment.

Our practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth and expansion, and as such we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our friendly team of staff and clinicians on a full-time basis.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Empathy and warmth when dealing with a diverse range of clients
- At least 2 years Administrative/Reception experience in a health or medical practice
- Experience with NDIS, Medicare, and Private billing
- An understanding of client confidentiality
- Demonstrated high quality organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records in a paperless environment
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and solve problems
- Excellent computer skills
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to cover annual leave and sick leave
- Willing to undertake a working with children check
- Willing to undertake a NDIS worker screening check

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Reception duties and front desk management to ensure that each client has a positive experience
- Attending to phone calls
- Assisting in the opening and closing of the Practice whilst maintaining security protocols
- Administrative support to Practitioners and the Practice Manager
- Co-ordinating waitlists
- Compliance with practice policies and procedures
- Diary management and client bookings
- Managing client payments, processing Medicare rebates and NDIS invoicing.
- General administration including liaising with suppliers, stock re-ordering and liaising with vendors
- Scanning of documents
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Practice Manager

**Salary**: $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
