**The Role**

We are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join this thriving company As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for taking call-backs and live chats from customers requiring any assistance. This collaborative team culture welcomes innovative ideas, so you can help shape new processes and have a real impact on the business direction.

You'll receive great training and continuous support to deliver a comprehensive, informative, and engaging customer service experience

You will benefit from working alongside friendly and approachable managers and colleagues, in a super convenient central location

**The Duties**
- Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat support, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist individuals in their onboarding process and provide guidance on platform usage.
- Handle payment-related issues and work towards timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and reduce customer queries.
- Educating customers, problem solving and building rapport
- Utilise the company's online app to interact with customers and provide support via live chat.
- Offer call slots for customers who require further assistance, answering calls in a fast, flexible and dynamic way.

- You will have a background in customer service or administration type roles, possibly in the financial services industry.
- A quick learner that thrives in high-performing environment.
- Utilise your superior communication skills and positive attitude to build great relationships and excel in this fast-paced role
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills.
