The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. We train GPs to deliver quality, whole-person care to patients across Australia, support their ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.

About you
As our Commercial Partnerships Manager, you’ll develop solutions in product service that align with partners and produces value for RACGP through direct or indirect sales.

**To thrive in this role, you’ll have**:
proven experience in delivering sustainable revenue growth lines with strong ROI.
experience in developing strategic and multi-year partnerships and delivering and analysing integrated GTM initiatives and campaigns.
ability to identify and implement strategies for commercial opportunities and the ability to complete complex projects within time and on budget.
strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Commercial, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a highly strategic, innovative, and collaborative plan to identify and engage partners who share a commitment to the RACGP vision.

**In addition, you’ll**:
be responsible for delivering new business growth and increasing member benefit, ensuring new commercial propositions align with RACGP policies on sponsorship and advertising.
lead new strategic business partnerships to deliver revenue growth; manage a portfolio leads -identify, qualify, engage, and close; and provide moves management and financial performance reports.
develop a work plan with financial goals, timelines, and funding opportunities.
play a critical role in Corporate Partnerships strategic planning, influence team budgeting/forecasting; and contribute to performance and governance reports.
provide market, members/consumers, and competitor insights to identify unmet market needs and new product opportunity.
identify revenue opportunities through product bundling and cross-sell offers for member value.
